”We’re all going on a summer holiday, no more working for a week or two”
I got that song in your head now, didn’t I? We are not quite going on a two week holiday, but we are taking a little summer break and spending a few days in Nice, France. Nice has been on my bucket list for years and I cannot wait to experience the Mediterranean air, food, culture and the gorgeousness of the French Riviera.
I would normally do a blogpost on what makeup I would take with on holidays, but as I am pretty set on my travel makeup, I thought I would rather mix it up and do an outfits post. I have never really focused on fashion blog-wise as I really do not consider myself to be a fashionista and my style is rather minimalistic. I have a very simple, understated wardrobe, mostly in neutral colors but it works so well for me.
Seeing that we have a little summer break and I want to pack as light as possible, I thought it could be fun to do a ‘What am I packing for Nice?’ post. I actually took the pictures while packing at the same time, so it was a win-win for me! Hopefully this will be a little bit of inspiration for your next summer holiday. As Europe is boiling hot at the moment I am focusing on cool, crease-resistant pieces and comfort is key as we normally have a fairly busy schedule.

I will be back next week some time and then I am going to introduce my guest blogger with her first review on the Clinique Stay Matte Oil-Free foundation. Keep an eye out on the blog for her review, especially if you have oily and sensitive skin.
